Kadeena Cox is one of the country’s most successful Paralympians, with gold medals in both sprinting and cycling at the 2016 and 2020 Paralympic Games (as well as silver and bronze medals in sprinting in 2016 too). Here, she’s chatting to fellow athletic legend and Sporting Champions Ambassador Colin Jackson about how she got into athletics, her first steps along the path to Paralympic greatness, but also what wisdom she’s going to be passing on to this year’s crop of emerging Sporting Champions.
